Application:

You can apply SOFT MATTE LIP CREAM using the applicator provided. Please allow 1-2 minute drying time for the formula to turn matte. For the best result, be sure to exfoliate lips and use MIKALIPZ REPAIRING TREATMENT prior to liquid lipstick application.
